Ingredients
- Basic Raw Chocolate
- 1 cup cacao butter
- ⅓ cup raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp erythritol or sweetener of your choice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- ½ cup roughly chopped almonds or nuts of your choice
- 1 tbls coconut cream
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 drops Orange essential oil Good quality food grade

Instructions
- Line two 10” plates (with lips to hold the chocolate in) with parchment paper
- Melt the cacao butter in a bain marie
- Add the cacao powder and mix well
- Add the sweetener, mix well till granules dissolved
- Add the cinnamon and orange, mix well
- Add the coconut cream, mix well
- Add half the nuts, mix well
- Pour the mixture onto the plates
- Sprinkle with remaining nuts
- Refrigerate till set
