Lupini Falafels
I LOVE falafels and it's one thing I missed when moving to keto. These are a fantastic replacement, low carb, tasty falafels!

Ingredients
  • 6tbsp tbsp pre prepared Lupini beans
  • 3tbsp almond flour
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp spicy paprika
  • 1/2tsp ground cumin
  • 1tsp ground coriander
  • 1tsp coriander leaf
  • 2tsp lime juice
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Put all ingredients in a food processor except for air fryer oil
  3. Mix in food processor till thoroughly combined
  4. Divide into 10 and roll into balls
  5. Bake for 20 mns to set. These can then be cooked in an air fryer for 15mns, turn halfway through
  6. Leave to cool for 10mns
  7. Can be frozen and reheated

You can prepare these in advance and heat in an air fryer for 15mns (turn halfway through).

They also freeze well.
