Ingredients
  • 3tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2cup Tahiniif your Tahini is very runny use ¼ tahini and ¼ of sunflower seed butter
  • 1/4cup psyllium powder
  • 1/4cup almond flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1cup water approx
  • 1pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Grind the flax seeds finely
  2. Put psyllium, almond flour and baking powder in a bowl with a pinch of salt
  3. Add the tahini and half the water
  4. Mix until smooth and gradually add the rest of the water until a dough is formed.
  5. Divide into 4 pieces and form roll/bun shapes.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins. Don’t overcook or they will get gritty
  7. Cool on a wire tray and store in an airtight container (will keep for 3 days)
