flax seeds
1/2
cup
Tahini
if your Tahini is very runny use ¼ tahini and ¼ of sunflower seed butter
1/4
cup
psyllium powder
1/4
cup
almond flour
1
tsp
baking powder
1
cup
water approx
1
pinch
salt
Instructions
Grind the flax seeds finely
Put psyllium, almond flour and baking powder in a bowl with a pinch of salt
Add the tahini and half the water
Mix until smooth and gradually add the rest of the water until a dough is formed.
Divide into 4 pieces and form roll/bun shapes.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins. Don’t overcook or they will get gritty
Cool on a wire tray and store in an airtight container (will keep for 3 days)
