Ingredients
2
cups
of fresh raspberries
¼
cup
erythritol
grind to a powder like icing sugar
2
tbls
chia seeds
Instructions
Add the raspberries and sugar to a pan and bring to the boil stirring constantly/
Simmer for around 10 mins till the mixture thickens slightly.
Add the chia seeds
Simmer for a further 10 mins
Leave to cool, jar and store in the fridge.
