Keto Raspberry Jam
A simple to make raspberry jam that tastes even better than the usgar laden stuff you buy!

Ingredients
  • 2cups of fresh raspberries
  • ¼cup erythritolgrind to a powder like icing sugar
  • 2tbls chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Add the raspberries and sugar to a pan and bring to the boil stirring constantly/
  2. Simmer for around 10 mins till the mixture thickens slightly.
  3. Add the chia seeds
  4. Simmer for a further 10 mins
  5. Leave to cool, jar and store in the fridge.
