A tasty savory hash brown you can add to any main meal. Good for breakfast with a few fried mushrooms and a bit of steamed spinach! Only 3.3 net carbs depending on which vegan cheese you use. Those of you in Europe over those who use metric measurements 1 cup of cauliflower is 100 g

Instructions
- 1. Shred the cauliflower, using a food processor, a sharp knife or a hand grater. 2. Cover with boiling water for three minutes. 3. Drain through a muslin square and squeeze out as much water as possible, it's important the cauliflower is dry. Use tongs if it's too hot. 4. Place rung out cauliflower in a bowl, add rest of ingredients and mix well. 5. Form into six hash browns on a greased baking tray (I used avocado oil) 6. Cook at 400dg oven for 15-20 minutes. 7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes or so to firm up.
